FAQ
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not! We don’t hide behind fine print. In fact, we have always had a transparent pricing model. You get everything we have plus anything we will develop in the future. The only thing you pay for is your provider subscription…that’s it!
Do I have to pay for non-prescribers?
Great question! Our pricing model is designed around team members who generate revenue for your practice. This means we charge a monthly subscription for each team member who will be scheduled to see patients. Non-prescribing team members—such as registered nurses (RNs), technicians, and similar roles—are priced at $95 per month per provider.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We believe in transparency and in our product. There are no long-term contracts for our subscriptions.
How fast is your onboarding process?
Onboarding consists of personal training sessions to help you understand and transition to Esprē. We work as fast as you want. Typically, onboarding can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. You set your Go Live date and we work with you and your team to achieve success.
What can you import into Esprē?
This is a great question! We can typically import whatever your old system can make available. But we all know that no two systems are made a like, so our team will work with yours to help get your patient demographics and as much other data as possible imported.
What is the Esprē Network?
The Esprē Network is a member only platform to interact with other Esprē providers. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and belong to a great cash-practice community that brings value to like-minded providers.
